So my ex-husband's wife works at Haysville High School....she called me last week and asked if I would like to do the Prom cakes!!!! WOW...I'm super excited..I did a "mock" cake today to try the design. I want to do it as round cakes but she wanted to see what it would look like as square cakes. I think it looks better round...but anyway. It's going to be soooo cool!! The colors are gold, burgandy, royal blue & burnt orange....I'm not sure how these colors are going to look together...I'm going to have to play around with them...let me know what you think of the cake..not the colors but the design. It's a Moroccan theme?? Anyway, I have until May 2nd so I have time to tweak it...I have to do a three tiered cake and two sheet cakes...whew...I'm going to be tired and my house is going to smell like frosting...YUMMO!! Okay...here's the pics! More later!

I just need to come up with a special occasion to get one of those wonderful masterpieces that you come up with. Love the new one though. You are probably right in that it would look better round. Maybe she will let you do the tiered one as a round one??? It will turn out great as usual, just like all the others do.
