Such an awesome weekend!!!!

Okay, so this was the BEST weekend I've had in such a long time! My sister and I had a blast! We got up to KC about 11am and headed to Archiver's and did a little shopping and then headed over to the Expo Center to check in before our first class. We had three classes on Friday, which ended up being duds...kinda disappointed in them but at least we had fun together! Candy & I went to All About Scrapbooking after our classes and it was an awesome store...got lots of goodies. We ran into Melissa Kelly (she's so sweet), Jennifer R, Keri, Renee and Jennifer H. and then went to eat at the Cheesecake Factory on the Plaza. Saturday was THE BEST DAY!!! We had an SEI class at the crack of dawn (8:30am) and it was awesome!! Then we headed to the vendor faire and I met some of my message board friends from Creating Keepsakes!! That was so cool! Then we had another SEI class..it was just as good as the first one! Would highly recommend them! And then the best for last...I Can See Clearly Now class...taught by SUE NEAL from Paper Crafts Magazine!!!! Okay girls...I was sooooooooo excited!! This woman is so awesome and talented and she was our instructor!! I have to tell you..I was like a kid in a candy store..so giddy it was ridiculous!!! My sister was cracking up! Sooooo, after class I stuck around and talked with her for awhile and took pictures with her and I told her that I had submitted a card for the Paper Crafts Card Contest and she asked me which card was mine..I told her it was the 4th of July card and she got soooo excited and whispered in my ear that it was her favorite card out of all of them!!!! HOW FREAKIN' COOL IS THAT!?!?!?! I was over the moon...anyway, she told me that I needed to be submitting my cards to Paper Crafts....I was so excited..have I said that already!! LOL Anyway, have to tell you this was one of the most exciting moments I've had since the birth of my kids!! Sad but true! Any of my scrapbooking friends would agree I'm sure!
