Cupcake Pops have taken over!!

I think I'm in love with these little bits of heaven!! Cupcake Pops are the hot thing right now! I was at the Holy Cross Lutheran Craft show today and they were a huge hit! Here are some pictures of them!

Started A Sassy Affair today...here's the project!

This was a little tough for me....we used a mask and that's the first time I've done that. I think it turned out okay...we are going to put it in our room or bathroom.

This was a graduation cake for my sister's friend's daughter. She wanted all white with all white daisies.

My newest creation.....

This is the Haysville Prom cake-Midnight Masqerade was the theme. I was pleased with it...the masks were made out of gumpaste and decorated with royal icing. The kids & parents LOVED it so that made me happy! Thanks for looking!

Cakes & Cupcakes....

Haven't posted for awhile....here's Riley's 5th birthday cake and the other is a test cupcake...it's chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. It was yummy! I'm going to take them to the Holy Cross crop next weekend along with others I'm working on.

Not much else going on.....
I took the Oprah challenge on organization...goodness knows I needed it! So far, I've just gotten my kitchen done so far...but Mike & I redid a closet right by our kitchen for a pantry and it's great!! Now, I'm getting ready to start on my bedroom..yeah!

Travelling....

I've been travelling for the past couple of weekends and haven't had much time for anything else. This past weekend I was in Orlando, FL....80 degrees folks! It was nice compared to our 30 degrees today!

Anyway, I was able to do some digital scrapbooking...they turned out great. The one I'm posting is of Parker on Christmas Eve...they had to set the cookies on the floor in front of the Christmas tree...too cute. Anyway, I used my Glitz Designs cd for all the elements.

Also, I'm going to start working on the Haysville Prom cake...practice cakes...any takers?? LOL Anyway, I'll post pics once I get some.

Oh, almost forgot...I won something from one of the blogs I stalk! I was so excited...I'll post pics once I get it.

Fireproof

I usually don't write personal stuff on this blog but I just have to speak up about this movie, FIREPROOF. If you haven't heard about it, please click on the image to your right and watch the trailer..especially if you are married. My husband and I went to see this last night and I have to say, we both were so moved. It is a Christian based film and deals with all problems that married people face every day and gives you the tools to deal with them. With over half of marriages ending in divorce, I'd say everyone needs to watch it! It sure was a wake up call for me and my husband and we are considering doing The Love Dare workbook together. Even if you think your marriage is perfect and you don't have any issues, it's a great movie to reaffirm your commitment, love and respect for one another.
